ACPL secured a contract to supply, install, test, and commission switchyard equipment and associated works for OPTCL substations under the STAMS project. This project involved upgrading and modernizing existing substations to enhance grid stability and reliability across Odisha.
ACPL undertook a complex project involving the diversion and heightening of existing 132 kV, 220 kV, and 400 kV transmission lines within the premises of NLC India Ltd in Thelkoloi, Sambalpur. This project ensured uninterrupted power supply to critical industrial facilities while accommodating new infrastructure development.
ACPL completed the construction of a 40.137 km, 132 kV single-circuit (SC) transmission line on double-circuit (DC) towers, connecting Padampur and Ghens Grid Substations. The project also included 132 kV bay extension work at both substations, enhancing power distribution capacity and reliability in Western Odisha.
ACPL undertook the supply, civil works, erection, and commissioning of four 220 kV transmission towers to enhance the MRSS-02 and JSL power connectivity via Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS). This project, adhering to OPTCL's technical requirements, strengthens the power grid and improves reliability in the region.
ACPL successfully executed the supply, erection, and commissioning of a 220 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) substation and a 220/33 kV substation for OPTCL. This project enhanced power transmission and distribution capacity, ensuring a reliable electricity supply for consumers.
ACPL executed the diversion of the critical 400 kV IB-Lapanga double-circuit (D/C) transmission line for NLC India Limited's (NLCIL) Talabira-II & III Open Cast Project. This project, under the supervision of OPTCL, facilitated the expansion of mining operations while ensuring uninterrupted power supply to key infrastructure.
Proud to have played a pivotal role in the successful execution of the 220/33kV Switchyard project at Lephriapada, Odisha. As part of the JICA Project, we were responsible for the erection of a 20 MVA transformer and the construction of the switchyard, including the control room building and 220kV line.
Successfully delivered a comprehensive infrastructure solution for Rungta Mines in Barbil, Odisha. The project included the construction of a state-of-the-art control room building spanning 16,000 square feet, as well as 7,000 square feet of D-type quarters and 8,000 square feet of E-type quarters for staff accommodation.

This project, commissioned by OPTCL for Aditya Birla Renewables' solar plant, included civil works, electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of the substation and transmission line, contributing to the growth of clean energy in the region.
